Are you an oyster aficionado? Suffise to say that Midi Station serves the unequaled flat Zeeland oysters from Dutch producer Anthonie Verwijs, the same as the ones you’ll find in 3-star restaurants. Or maybe you’re more into Zeeland creuses oysters, the Gillardeau or the ‘Perle Blanche’ with matching wines obviously.
